Tora Wallet is an Electronic Money Institution (IX), licensed by the Bank of Greece, in accordance with the European institutional framework governing the provision of all types of financial services within the European Economic Area (EOX).

Tora Direct is a Service Provider. Since its establishment in 2004 as Alphyra Hellas and then as Payzone Hellas, TORA is active in providing innovative services through a network of POS terminals. It is the first company to introduce in the retail market the sale of telephone cards in "intangible" form. The company was acquired by the OPAP Group at the end of 2014 and in October 2016 was renamed Tora Direct, now operating based on the vision of Tora services. Today it has the largest network of external retail outlets in Greece, with a fleet of more than 11,500 POS terminals, while processing millions of electronic transactions annually.
